You can find information about me HERE, but I would like to briefly describe my practice as a business and communication psychologist, which is applied to heterogeneous fields.

IMPORTANT NOTE. Training and Consulting are always, for me, acts which imply a Wholeness - the clinical concepts of well-being, prevention, healthy communication and lifestyles, have to be considered, in order to allow the "living-being" organization to raise above its own limits, difficulties, and frailties. This is why my point of view, in all my activities, is always rooted in the P.N.E.I. (PsychoNeuroEndrocinoImmunology) paradigm and in my neuropsychological knowledge; in this sense, I could say I practice a quite unusual attitude in this field, in which nothing is underestimate. 
I have studied even "Somatic Coaching", an enriching tool in the practice with groups which need a coach.
I want to help you to reach the WHOLENESS, in your organization. ​

- TRAINING, CORPORATE TRAINING AND BUSINESS CONSULTANCY:
Training and Business Consultancy are always an ARTISAN act, because they are designed and tailored to the subject/organization, purpose and target audience: the depth of its human dimension and its unrepeatability is manifested, and it is shown to be necessary both in informal realities and in broad organizational contexts.

I can train personnel through analysis, psychoeducation, management and solution of fragile points, with heterogeneous purposes:

- perform individual and/or group assessment to delineate the behavioural and communicative pattern;

- identify the elements that make the work environment stressful and act properly to fix it;

- developing soft skills, those human components (empathy, understanding, dialogue) without which we cannot have a healthy setting;

- raise awareness about inclusive topics, in order to build a work space in which anyone can express his/her abilities, even when vulnerabilities are present;

- protect and enhance the well-being of the worker and the team;

- dissect the critical issues of internal dynamics;

- cultivate a sense of belonging and motivation in carrying out one's profession, sharing the common vision;

- pursuing real and broad inclusion of people who are part of the organization;

- learning healthy and functional ways of exchange and confrontation, which nurture efficiency and satisfaction;

- assessing the peculiarities of the workplace, to develop a high-performance team that magnifies everyone's potential from a complementary perspective, according to the biopsychosocial perspective;

- subsequent achievement of higher productivity, dependent on the above factors - a self-generated and constant Team Building, learnt by acquiring new skills in the interpersonal dynamics.
