FIRST PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULATATION FOR FREE

Hello.
After describing my course of study “here”, I would like to illustrate my services in the field of Online Clinical Psychology
(first consultation is for free).
I practice with patients over 18 years of age (individuals, couples or groups).

My perspective of reference is the PNEI paradigm ( Psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology), which is based
on the human complexity emerging from the interactions between biological, psychological and social systems.
In addition, having studied and continuing to study clinical neuropsychology in depth, I have enhanced my knowledge of the neurological aspects of behaviours, emotions, and cognitive functions,
which can be useful in assessments, to guide, support and help you (or to reorient to the exact treatment).
I have learned "Somatic Coaching", which is useful both in clincal and business practice.
The working tools I use as a psychologist are essentially interviewing, the use of creative mediums (especially photographs, being trained in “PhotoTherapy Techniques”, but also music, writing and other art forms), and, where necessary, testing.

WHAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH, TOGETHER:
- SUPPORT, PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVIEW, CONSULTING PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING (addressed to both the individual and the couples, and especially conceived for EXPATS): psychological support can relate to situations that are objectively and/or subjectively painful and complicated (of various nature): for example, stress, loneliness (typical of the expats' experience), illness, bereavement, separation or couple and family problems, conflict in interpersonal relationships, work-related stress, painful dynamics within oneself, and difficulties that impact the social functioning.
I am also dedicated to supporting people with disabilities (including rare ones) and family caregivers.
